Insor is a consumer tool that helps you understand your insurance policies. We are not an insurance company, broker, or legal advisor. We read documents. You stay in control.
We use your documents solely to answer your questions. We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with insurers, employers, or third parties. Your PDFs are stored encrypted on AWS S3. Your account data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL). Your document text is indexed on Pinecone for search.
Your questions and relevant policy excerpts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers. Anthropic does not train on your data. We recommend not uploading documents containing your Social Security Number or financial account numbers.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@insor.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies.
